Payments

K9 Sweets & Pet Care operates on a pre-bill system, which means that we ask clients to pay for services before the date of service. (Making your payment confirms and locks in your days.) We currently accept three types of payments: Zelle, Credit Cards, and Cash. The weekend/after-hours/holiday surcharge is $10. There is a 3.9 % processing fee for all credit card payments.

 Daycare

Weekly Visit Minimum
All pups must be scheduled for a minimum of 4 days per week.

Payments
Payment is due every Friday by 5 PM for the upcoming week of service.

Cancellations, Missed Days & Makeups
No refunds will be issued for missed or unused service days.

Missed days cannot be rolled over or made up in future weeks.

Monthly Unlimited Doggy Daycare Pass

Unlimited Weekday Visits

This pass allows unlimited daycare Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Payment is due on the last Friday of each month to secure service for the upcoming month.

Passes are non-transferable and apply only to the enrolled dog.

Cancellations & Refunds

No refunds will be granted for mid-month cancellations, unused days, or absences.

You may cancel your plan at any time — cancellations take effect the following month, and you will not be billed again.

Pick-Up Policy

All dogs must be picked up by 6:30 PM.

Dogs not picked up by 6:30 PM will be subject to overnight boarding fees.

If you are running late, you may send an alternate person to pick up your dog — prior authorization is required. Please notify us by phone or text with the person’s full name and contact info.

Overnight Boarding

A full refund is available. If a client cancels by 12:00 p.m. one week before the service begins, 12:00 p.m. is determined by the sitter's time zone. If canceled later than 12:00 p.m. one week before the service begins, a zero (0) refund is available for the first seven canceled days of the stay, and a 100% refund is available for any additional days. 

All dogs that are boarding will participate in our daycare program during the day.

 ANY PICK-UPS AFTER THE 24-HOUR CYCLE, WE WILL CHARGE ANOTHER DAY OF BOARDING.
