POLICY
Payments:
K9 Sweets & Pet Care operates on a pre-bill system, which means that we ask clients to pay for services before the date of service. (Making your payment confirms and locks in your days.)
We currently accept three types of payments: Zelle, Credit Cards, and Cash.
The weekend/after-
hours/holiday surcharge is $10. Please note: all credit card payments are subject to a 3.9% non-refundable processing fee.

OVERNIGHT BOARDING:
A full refund is available. If a client cancels by 12:00 p.m. one week before the service begins, 12:00 p.m. is determined by the sitters time zone. If canceled later than 12:00 p.m. one week before the service begins, a zero (0) refund is available for the first seven canceled days of the stay, and a 100% refund is available for any additional days.
ANY PICK-UPS AFTER THE 24-HOUR CYCLE, WE WILL CHARGE ANOTHER DAY OF BOARDING.

**For the health and safety of all pets and caregivers, pets must have a current negative fecal exam completed within the past six (6) months before services begin.

notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Sample Readiness
If we arrive for collection and the fecal sample is not ready, we are unable to wait. A $40 service fee will be charged for the missed collection.

delivery and does not constitute veterinary care, diagnosis, or medical advice. Any positive or abnormal results should be reviewed with your licensed
veterinarian.
